Sycamore Primary Care Center is open Monday - Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Friday hours are from 8:30am to 1:30pm.

Once you are enrolled, your health care will primarily be provided by one physician. If you have an urgent problem that requires care at a time when your doctor is unavailable, one of the partners who has access to all your medical records will provide your care until your primary physician is available.

Our office staff will complete and submit Medicare, FHP and private insurance forms for medical services you receive at our facility. Fees not covered by insurance are your responsibility.

Payment for service is preferred at the time of your visit. Visa, Discover and Mastercard are accepted. A statement will be mailed to you if you are unable to pay on the day of your office visit. Special arrangements are available for overdue accounts or financial difficulties.
