A 31 year old resident working in the Kettering Health Network, who is usually almost never home, is looking for two clean, quiet, and respectful individuals to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. It is in an extremely safe atmosphere surrounded by responsible neighbors and is located on a cul-de-sac. The house is in a great location and is approximately 12 miles from Grandview Hospital (a straight shot up the 75 hwy) and only 3 miles from Southview Hospital. An intern or resident would be an ideal roommate.
Rent includes your own room, utilities, shared bathroom with one person, wireless internet, and in house washer and dryer. House will be cleaned weekly by owner but you will be responsible for your own dishes and help keep your bathroom sanitary.
