Dear Mr. Stephens,

I feel almost compelled to take some time out of both of our busy days to rely to you a very positive experience I had with my daughter the other day. My daughter, Stephanie Harnett, had awoken me with her groans of great pain from what we had experienced in the past as Kidney stone related, and seeing as how it had surpassed anything I could do for her brought her into Sycamore Medical Center.

From the moment I entered the facility, my daughter and I were met with some of the most compassionate people I have ever been around. Their expedient and efficient demeanor was possibly only overshadowed by the true professionalism and compassion my daughter and I have experienced. Because this happened once before, and that too was at this facility, I believe this is a common theme and wanted to make sure you were aware of this, a practice all too often overlooked.
